Carrie is getting the television treatment.  Multiple outlets confirm that a limited series of Stephen King’s 1974 novel is headed for the small screen.  The forthcoming limited TV series at FX is the latest adaptation of the iconic horror novel, which follows high school misfit Carrie White, who discovers she has telekinetic powers. The most recent adaptation was the 2013 feature film starring Chloe Grace Moretz as the titular character. Sweetbitter is officially just bitter.  Multiple outlets confirm that the restaurant drama has been canceled by Starz after two seasons.  It’s fair to assume that the series isn’t returning for season 3 due to low ratings. Per The Hollywood Reporter , season one averaged 164,000 live-same-day viewers, with that number slipping to 93,000 in season two. In addition to that, it had mixed reviews among critics, with an 88 percent score among viewers on Rotten Tomatoes. Sweetbitter was based on the book of the same name by Stephanie Danler. It followed a 22-year-old woman (Ella Purnell) who after arriving in New York, landed a job at a posh downtown restaurant. Multiple outlets confirm that Ariana Grande has dropped a live album from her Sweetener World Tour hours after it wrapped in Los Angeles.  The album, titled  k bye for now (swt live) features 32 live tracks and includes appearances from Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, and Childish Gambino.
