Naval Outpost Onitsha reached out to Internally Displaced People in Ogbaru LGA area of Anambra state

The Commanding Officer of the Naval Outpost ONITSHA, Navy Captain GODFREY BIBOWEI OSUOBENI, and his men sharing relief materials to citizens of Ogbaru LGA displaced by the devastating effects of the 2022 flood.
On 27th October 2022, the Commanding Officer of the NAVAL OUTPOST ONITSHA, Navy Captain Godfrey Bibowei Osuobeni alongside his men shared relief items at IDP camps situated in Ogbaru LGA.
In addition to maintaining civil-military relationship and co-existence as well as providing security for the IDP camps and communities in Ogbaru LGA, relief items such as foodstuffs, Mosquito nets as well as washing items were provided for IDP camps in the host LGA.
