NBC announced its next live musical: Hair .   Hair Live is scheduled to air in spring 2019, produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, the duo who’s produced all of the network’s live musicals since the genre’s revival in 2013.   “When we both, individually, saw Hair on Broadway, we were knocked out by how musical theater could be stretched into something so daring, immersive, and audacious,” Zadan and Meron said in a statement. “Its recent Broadway revival showed how timeless the show is and that it’s relevant to any era. Hair is filled with heartfelt emotion, joy, and thrilling music, and it really will be the new dawning of the Age of Aquarius.”   Hair first hit Broadway over half a century ago debuting at the Biltmore Theatre in April 1968. It has been revived there four times since, most recently in 2011. A feature film adaptation was released in 1979, directed by two-time Oscar winner Milos Forman. Fans of the sci-fi TV show, you now have a to wait longer for the big-screen adaptation.   Warner Bros. announced that the release date for Mark Wahlberg’s film The Six Billion Dollar Man has been pushed back, a whole year. The sci-fi action flick now has a release date of June 5, 2020, instead of May 31, 2019.   The Six Billion Dollar Man is based on the sci-fi TV series of the same name which was based on Martin Caidin’s novel Cyborg . The series ran for five seasons on ABC in the ’70s and followed former astronaut, Colonel Steve with bionic implants and superhuman strength.   This is the project’s first set back. Just two weeks ago it was announced that director Damian Szifron ( Wild Tales ) exited the project. Fresh off the news of a third season renewal, Amazon confirms that season two of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel will see a new character in orbit.     Season two will come to some fresh faces, one of which is Chuck alum Zachary Levi who will star opposite current stars Alex Broshahan and Michael Zegen. Levi’s character will be recurring on Amazon’s period comedy-drama.   The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel follows Midge Maisel, played by Rachel Bronshan, a housewife in 1958’s New York City who has it all but then suddenly realizes that she has a natural talent for comedy. A member of one of Nigeria’s popular online forum has revealed whom he believes Linda Ikeji is pregnant for. According to his claim which he says is very credible, the man who is responsible for the celebrity blogger’s pregnancy is Sholaye Jeremi, a close associate of the Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu. Sharing the information, the poster who has now deleted his account on the forum wrote: ”Linda Ikeji is pregnant for Sholaye Jeremi, a close associate to Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu. He is from Sapele, Delta state. 100% confirmed. The funny thing is there was no engagement as Shola will not settle down although he is 40 plus. Jeremi also stays in Ikoyi.
