Variety has confirmed that Teach Grant has been cast in the grown-up version of the horror feature.   Grant is set to play Henry Bowers who was portrayed by Nicholas Hamilton in the first movie. He joins Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, and Bill Hader, who play Beverly, Bill, and Richie, respectively, in the sequel. Returning as Pennywise is Bill Skarsgard.   The sequel to Stephen King’s novel adaptation is directed by Andy Muschietti from a script by Gary Dauberman. The streaming giant has just picked up a third season of its comedy Dear White People.   The series, created by Justin Simien, will return for ten more episodes, premiering next year.   The renewal was announced in the form of a social asset by narrator Giancarlo Esposito, who we finally saw for the first time in the Season 2 finale.   Based on Simien’s 2014 debut indie feature, the satirical series that deals with issues of race, class, and sexuality is set against the backdrop of a predominantly white Ivy League university.
