PDP Crisis: Wike Camp Make Concessions, Insists On Ayu’s Sack Following a frank peace session, the camp of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has made two concessions to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, to douse the tension in the party. It has ruled out Wike’s defection from PDP to any party despite the internal challenges facing the party. The camp has also accepted to be part of the party’s presidential campaign. Gas Explosion Kills Six In Owaza Communuty, Abia State At least six persons have been killed at a gas explosion in Owaza, Ukwa West local government area of Abia State.
